This was the best experience purchasing a vehicle for our family ever! We bought a vehicle from out-of-state and needed to drive it home, and the entire team went above and beyond. Santiago was an absolute pleasure to work with friendly, knowledgeable, and he even picked us up from the airport. Before we signed the paperwork, Tony, the manager, kindly informed us that an engine code had just pulled up on the dash. They quickly identified the problem and completely replaced the part rather than just trying to patch up the old one, prioritizing our time and safety for the long drive. They sent us to lunch in a convertible, and covered the meal for the inconvenience!! They even filled the truck and made sure the fluids were topped off! Since this was our first diesel truck, the maintenance gentleman working in the office on 9/1 was kind enough to take the time to thoroughly explain general diesel maintenance to us. When it came to financing, Adam made sure we made educated decisions and actually turned the mundane task of signing paperwork into a fun, memorable experience. Colin and Kyle also made sure we were taken care of through the whole process, ensuring nothing slipped between the cracks—even on their day off! If we need another vehicle in the future, we will absolutely contact Holz Motors first. Highly recommend them!

I worked with John and JJ to purchase a 2027 Chevrolet Bolt. I worked with JJ during the initial visit and test drive, and it was nice to have a salesperson who actually had familiarity with the EV and did not try to steer me away from it toward something else. The sales process overall was very smooth, and it was about as painless as it gets for working with the dealership. I would definitely look at them again if purchasing a Chevy in the future.

I just picked up a 26 Blazer from Holz and couldn't be happier with my experience from start to finish. They were responsive to my initial offer and we agreed on numbers quickly without all the dealership b.s. that I usually encounter. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up the car and sign the paperwork, everything was handled professionally and it was a very relaxing, enjoyable experience. I would definitely buy from Holz again, even though they are 90 miles from home.

I purchased my vehicle through a different dealership a year ago (25,000 miles). While on vacation in Arkansas, it broke down and got towed to the nearest dealership where they diagnosed a warranty transmission issue that is going to take a few weeks to replace. I had to rent a vehicle to get home and was told that GM would cover up to $44/day for a rental. Being that I can't front the $70-$100/day that a rental would cost for the month that it will take to get my car repaired, (only to MAYBE get reimbursed) I had to return the rental. I was still in need of a vehicle to get to and from work, run errands, transport boxes for our current move, etc. I contacted the dealership where my vehicle was being serviced to see if they knew of any other options. They recommended that I call the dealership where I purchased the vehicle to see if they could supply me with a loaner or supply courtesy transportation. I did and they told me they could not help me because the vehicle was not being serviced with them. I called the Arkansas dealership back with that information and the gentleman I was working with told me this was incorrect and that I should call back and ask to speak to their service manager to discuss their courtesy transportation options. I called back and left a voicemail that was never returned and chose to see if I could speak to the service manager in person. He refused to speak to me in person and a service center rep told me they "don't do that" and that it was "GM's problem, not theirs". I again called the dealership servicing my car and the gentleman instructed me to contact consumer affairs to ask to speak with a district manager, as this was still incorrect and unacceptable. Upon doing so, I spoke with a customer service rep who said the dealership telling me there was a different program "didn't know what they were talking about" and would not give me any higher ups number to help with my situation. The contradicting information, back and forth, and rude demeanor of my dealership was beyond frustrating. I decided to drive over to Holtz just to see if they had the contact information for a district service manager. Within about 5 minutes of arriving and explaining the situation, they were supplying us with a loaner vehicle. Their General Sales Manager, Dan, was kind, understanding, and very helpful. He let me know that he would work with the dealership that had my car to get me sorted for the remainder of the repair. I hadn't expected to go in there to even inquire about getting a loaner from them, but they went out of their way to help me out even though I hadn't purchased through their dealership. I am so grateful to Dan and the Holtz team. Will definitely be heading there for any future purchases or service needs!

This was one of my best car buying experiences if not the best that I have ever had.Larry was my salesman and he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product he sold. Klye was the finance person that we dealt with and he was also very friendly and knowledgeable. I went to Holz because they advertised the best prices on line for what I was looking for. I went in knowing what I wanted for a vehicle and what I wanted for my trade and explained that to Larry. In my opinion it was a no pressure sale.
