I purchased my vehicle through a different dealership a year ago (25,000 miles). While on vacation in Arkansas, it broke down and got towed to the nearest dealership where they diagnosed a warranty transmission issue that is going to take a few weeks to replace.

Had a great experience purchasing my truck through Holz. From when I first went in to look at their vehicles to when I came to pick up my new to me truck, the customer service was great. Never felt pressured into buying anything I didn’t want, like I had at other dealerships. Really laid back, “let us know what you what you need from us” environment. My salesman Santiago really worked to get me a deal I was comfortable with. And Caleb really helped explain everything through the purchasing process. Really appreciate the support from the staff.

Went in to just look around and ended up buying this beautiful car. Our salesman Deven was absolutely wonderful. We came in from out of town to buy our 2022 Ford Ecosport. We negotiated everything before we got there. Car was out front GLEAMING. I have never had a used car and even most new ones as clean as this one for delivery Paperwork was all set. The best car buying experience I ever had. We went to Holz just to test drive a Chevy Colorado. We were currently driving a 2021 Ford Ranger and we're looking to purchase new again. Being completely satisfied with the Ranger, we did not think that we would be switching to a Chevy. Our salesman John treated us so well that day. He was definitely the deciding factor in our decision. He was very knowledgeable about the truck and helpful with our questions. He made sure that we were fully informed and satisfied before making our decision.

Adam in Financing was great too, no heavy handed pushing of extras, just "Here's what we offer". Would definitely buy a car again from them.

They usually do a good job in service department. This time oily handprints on steering wheel and inside door handle. Also, strong smell of oil in vehicle. Hopefully this is a one time occurrence.
