"Let me first say that I hate buying new cars, in fact I have a general dislike with shopping in general. Impatience and a general aversion with spending money, especially large amounts of money would sum up my personality.
But I had to send a quick note to let you know how impressed I was with Brian and the entire team at Holz. Brian turned what I would normally feel to be about the worst thing you could do with an afternoon into an experience that was anything but undesirable or inefficient for that matter.
Spent some time on your lot over a weekend and ran into Brian. We talked, I told him when I was coming back and what I wanted to do. The day of the week following happened to be his day off, but he came in anyway (I realize there’s motivation on his part). He met with me, and a few hours later I drove away completely satisfied with the experience.
In late 2000 my wife and I purchased a 2001 Chevy Malibu from Holz Motors. The car is older than our three children. Never owned a better vehicle. I left it on your lot when I drove home in a 2011 Chevy Malibu and hope to see you again in 10 years.
